11-story, 65,000sqft complex providing 60 units of affordable housing. Key structural scope included contending with a uniquely triangular site and floorplan to match, angled and tiered brick façade, significant punched windows in the exterior masonry shear walls, and transitions to steel framing at the entryway supporting heavy masonry construction above. Hermona led the Silman structural engineering team as Project Engineer.
